- 2 pounds potatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 large onions, caramelized
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded cheese (Swiss or Gruyère)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add caramelized onions.
