1 pound ground turkey
1/2 cup chopped bacon
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped bacon, mushrooms, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and half of the Swiss cheese. Mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a baking dish.
Top the meatloaf with the remaining Swiss cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
