Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shrimp, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, and green onions.
  3. Place wonton wrappers in a muffin tin and lightly brush with sesame oil.
  4. Fill each wrapper with the shrimp mixture.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the shrimp are cooked through and cups are crispy.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • These cups can be made ahead and baked just before serving.
  • For a spicier kick, add some crushed red pepper flakes to the shrimp mixture.
