  • 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1 small red cabbage, shredded
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
