  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together apple cider, soy sauce, dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Place chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the marinade over the chicken. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes, or until fully cooked.
  5. While the chicken is baking, combine shredded cabbage, sliced apple, mayonnaise, and apple cider vinegar in a large bowl.
  6. Toss the slaw until well mixed and serve alongside the sticky chicken.
