  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine apple cider, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them.
  4. Bake for 30-40 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and caramelized.
  5. While the chicken is baking, prepare the slaw by mixing shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, apple cider vinegar, and honey in a bowl.
  6. Serve the sticky chicken with the autumn slaw on the side.
