  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 package phyllo cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Place phyllo cups on a baking sheet.
  4. Spoon the spinach and artichoke mixture into each phyllo cup.
