  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1 pound fresh salmon, cooked and flaked
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 sheet nori, sliced into strips
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Rinse sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Combine rice and water in a pot, bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 18 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, mix the flaked salmon, mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil, and green onions.
  4. Spread the cooked sushi rice in a baking dish, then top with the salmon mixture.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until heated through.
  6. Garnish with nori strips and sesame seeds before serving.
