  • 2 pounds beef chuck roast
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 pound egg noodles
  • 2 cups vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger, then pour over the beef.
  3. Add beef broth and stir to combine.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until beef is tender.
  5. About 30 minutes before serving, add the egg noodles and vegetables to the slow cooker.
  6. Cook until noodles are tender, then serve garnished with green onions.
