- 2 pounds beef chuck roast
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 pound egg noodles
- 2 cups vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, etc.)
