  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, chopped
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions, carrots, and garlic powder, sautéing until softened.
  3. Add ground turkey and turkey bacon, cooking until browned.
  4. Stir in chicken ham and peas, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with mashed potatoes.
  6. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
