1 pound ground turkey
1/2 cup turkey bacon, chopped
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup cranberry sauce
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 egg
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, cranberry sauce, onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through.
Serve with additional cranberry sauce for dipping.
