  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine pomegranate juice, orange juice, honey, and minced garlic. Heat over medium heat until it starts to thicken, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  3. In a baking dish, place the salmon fillets. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
