  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and parsley.
  3. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape into a loaf.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown on top.

Notes

  • For added moisture, you can add a small amount of milk to the mixture.
