- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and parsley.
