  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend the dates and walnuts until finely chopped.
  2. Add cocoa powder, almond butter, and honey or maple syrup, blend until well combined.
  3. Stir in chia seeds and coconut flakes by hand.
  4. Press mixture into a lined baking tray and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  5. Cut into squares and serve.
