An easy and delicious party appetizer featuring savory kielbasa coated in mustard, baked to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound kielbasa
  • 1/2 cup mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the kielbasa into Hasselback style, making shallow cuts every half inch.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
  4. Brush the mustard mixture over the kielbasa, making sure to get it into the slices.
  5. Place the kielbasa in a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until heated through and slightly crispy.
  6. Serve warm with toothpicks.

Notes

  • For an extra kick, add some hot sauce to the mustard mixture.
  • These can be prepared a few hours in advance and baked just before serving.
