Delicious mini grilled cheese with turkey bacon, perfect for a quick snack or appetizer.

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 8 ounces turkey bacon
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and arrange the bottoms on a baking sheet.
  3. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into pieces and sprinkle on the rolls.
  4. Layer cheese slices on top of the turkey bacon.
  5. Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter mixed with garlic powder and onion powder.
  6. Place the top halves of the rolls on the cheese and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and melty.
  7. Serve warm.
