  • 2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Rinse the Cornish hens and pat them dry with paper towels.
