Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Cut the cauliflower into florets and toss them in the sauce until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, until tender.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
