  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, green onions, egg, soy sauce, honey, Sriracha, garlic powder, and ginger.
  3. Mix thoroughly and form the mixture into small meatballs.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
  6. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, mix together additional honey and Sriracha for a glaze.
  7. Once the meatballs are done baking, toss them in the glaze and serve hot.
