These honey garlic roasted carrots make for a perfect side dish that is both easy and delicious.

  • 1 pound carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine honey, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add carrot sticks to the bowl and toss until they are well coated.
  4. Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Remove from oven and serve warm.
