  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce (gluten-free)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, and black pepper.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them well in the marinade. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Place the marinated chicken in a baking dish and pour the remaining marinade over it.
