  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  2. Melt coconut oil and stir in maple syrup and peppermint extract.
  3. Mix wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until well combined.
  4. Press the mixture into a lined baking dish and freeze for 20 minutes.
  5. Melt dark chocolate chips and pour over the chilled mixture, spreading evenly.
  6. Return to the freezer for another 20 minutes, then cut into squares.
