2 Cornish hens

2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
In a bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
Place the Cornish hens in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them.
