- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cucumber (for tzatziki)
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper.
