A quick and flavorful pasta dish featuring ground turkey, perfect for a busy weeknight dinner.

  • 2 cups pasta of choice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sautéing until translucent.
  3. Add ground turkey, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook until browned.
  4. Stir in tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 10 minutes, then add cooked pasta and mix well.
