  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 8 slices baguette, toasted
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add the shrimp and cook until pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
  4. Place toasted baguette slices on a serving platter.
  5. Top each slice with avocado and then with garlic shrimp.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley.
