A delicious and healthy casserole featuring sweet potatoes, turkey bacon, and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sweet potatoes, diced
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the diced sweet potatoes with the turkey bacon and chicken ham.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs and combine with milk, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the sweet potato mixture and stir well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set and golden brown.
