- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup corn
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
- Add ground turkey, turkey bacon, and chicken ham to the skillet, cooking until browned.
- Stir in peas, corn, thyme, black pepper, and chicken broth. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish and top with mashed potatoes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
