A quick and delicious pasta dish that combines the zesty flavors of lemon and the savory taste of turkey bacon.

  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon juiced and zested
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. Add olive oil and garlic to the skillet, sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add lemon juice and zest, then stir in the cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese.
