  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Boil the baby potatoes in salted water for about 15-20 minutes until fork-tender.
  3. Drain the potatoes and let them cool for a few minutes.
  4. On a baking sheet, place the potatoes and gently smash them with a fork or the bottom of a glass.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the smashed potatoes and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
