  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, crab meat, shrimp, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Stuff each pasta shell with the seafood mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  5. Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
