  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 onion, diced

  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat, add the onions and garlic, and cook until softened.
  3. Stir in the beef broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
  4. Add the cooked pasta and parmesan cheese, mixing well until the cheese is melted and everything is heated through.
