  • 2 pounds potatoes
  • ½ cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pound carrots
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook chicken breasts until browned on both sides.
  2. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, garlic powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the chicken and simmer until cooked through.
