A delicious and creamy soup that combines the flavors of turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for a hearty meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  2. Add olive oil to the pot and sauté the onions, carrots, and celery until tender.
  3. Stir in garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add the chicken ham, chicken broth, smoked paprika, and thyme. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve topped with crumbled turkey bacon.

Notes

  • This soup can be made in advance and refrigerated.
  • For a thicker soup, use less broth.
