  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy; remove and chop.
  3. Add olive oil to the skillet and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken breasts, sprinkle with Cajun seasoning, and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Mix in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese, spinach, and chopped turkey bacon; combine with pasta.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve warm.
