  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat the heavy cream and add the sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir until heated through, then remove from heat.
  4. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the creamy mixture over them.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
