  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 medium carrots, sliced
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, arrange the chicken breasts.
  3. In a bowl, mix cranberry sauce, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  5. Add the sliced carrots and cubed sweet potatoes around the chicken.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
