4 large eggs
1/2 cup diced turkey bacon
1/2 cup shredded cheese

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, eggs, diced turkey bacon, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Grease a muffin tin or use silicone molds.
Pour the mixture evenly into the muffin tin.
