  • 2 cod fillets
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and dice the potatoes, then boil until tender.
  3. In a pan, heat olive oil and add minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream and rosemary, stirring well.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
