  • 2 cups crushed gingerbread cookies
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 cup holiday sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare a baking dish by spraying it with cooking spray.
  2. Layer the crushed gingerbread cookies evenly at the bottom of the dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix the softened butter and powdered sugar until creamy and spread it over the cookie layer.
  4. Add a layer of cream cheese on top of the butter mixture, spreading evenly.
  5. Layer the whipped cream next, smoothing it out evenly over the cream cheese.
  6. Sprinkle holiday sprinkles and chocolate chips on top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving to let it set.
