Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. In another bowl, cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the vanilla extract and egg to the butter mixture, mixing well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until combined.
  6. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Make an indentation in the center of each ball with your thumb.
  8. Fill each indentation with a few chocolate chips.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes, then allow to cool before serving.
