1 cup peanut butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix the peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Using a spoon, drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set.
Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
