Delicious and easy to make, these cheesy taco sticks are the perfect snack for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until brown. Drain the excess fat.
  3. Add the taco seasoning and salsa to the beef, stirring well to combine. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
  5. On each triangle, place a scoop of the beef mixture, topped with cheese and cilantro.
  6. Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end, and place on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with additional salsa if desired.

Notes

  • These can be made ahead of time and frozen for later use.
