- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until brown. Drain the excess fat.
- Add the taco seasoning and salsa to the beef, stirring well to combine. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
- On each triangle, place a scoop of the beef mixture, topped with cheese and cilantro.
- Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end, and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
