1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup finely chopped pecans

1/2 cup powdered sugar, for rolling
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and 1/2 cup of powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
Mix in the vanilla extract.
Gradually stir in the flour, chopped pecans, and salt until well combined.
Form the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the bottoms are lightly golden.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before rolling in the additional powdered sugar.
