  • 1 package hash browns
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices chicken ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the hash browns with salt and pepper, then press them into a greased baking dish to form a crust.
  3. Bake the crust for 25 minutes until golden and crispy.
  4. While the crust is baking, cook the turkey bacon until crispy and chop it into pieces.
  5. Once the crust is ready, layer the chicken ham, bacon, and cheese on top.
  6. Crack the eggs on top and return the dish to the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
