These Baked Cranberry Brie Bites are the perfect holiday treats that combine the creaminess of brie with the tartness of cranberries, all wrapped in a delicious pastry.

  • 1 package puff pastry sheets
  • 8 ounces brie cheese
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Thaw the puff pastry sheets and roll them out on a floured surface.
  3. Cut the puff pastry into squares and place them in a greased muffin tin.
  4. Cut the brie into small pieces and place it on top of the pastry in each cup.
  5. Add a spoonful of cranberry sauce and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
  6. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling to create bundles.
  7. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
